Career Prep at Salem College
Career preparation begins early at Salem College. The Lucy Rose Center for Global Leadership and Career Innovation helps students connect their academic interests with meaningful careers and graduate study through personalized guidance and hands-on learning.
Students receive individual support with résumés, interviews, and career planning, while internships and connections with alumnae help them gain experience and build professional networks. The Lucy Rose Center also provides personalized assistance for students preparing to apply to graduate or professional school.
Leadership at Salem and Beyond
